What does your pricing include?

All prices listed here include travel within 2 hours of D.C. or or within the city limits of NYC, and tax.

how many weddings do you shoot a year?

I intentionally take on only 10–15 weddings per year to ensure each couple receives a truly personal and elevated experience. This allows me the time and space to thoughtfully connect with every client, offer tailored guidance, and schedule engagement sessions without feeling rushed. Limiting my calendar means I can give each couple the attention, care, and responsiveness they deserve from start to finish.

How can we pay you?

I prefer couples pay me via Venmo or PayPal but I also accept a check or payment via credit card (2.5% fee added)

Who is your second shooter?

I book my second shooters in advance and always choose experienced wedding photographers who run their own businesses. I do my best to work with the same trusted second shooters whenever possible, though availability can vary. Having a seasoned professional by my side ensures they show up prepared, confident, and ready to capture your day seamlessly. It also provides peace of mind—if an emergency were ever to arise, you can rest assured someone capable and reliable will be there to step in without missing a beat.

How Many Images will we receive?

I know how much your memories mean to you and as a professional I also believe if quality professional images. You will receive every usable and professional quality image taken on your engagement and wedding day. Clients typically receive 100-200 images at an engagement session and 800-1200 images from your wedding day.

When will we receive our images?

Your engagement gallery will be ready within 2-4 weeks. Your wedding gallery will be ready within 4-8 weeks (average is 6 weeks). All images will be delivered via an online gallery with unlimited high-resolution jpegs downloads. I deliver a sneak peek within 24 hours of your wedding  for social media, online use, and to send to friends & family who couldn't be there.

Do we own the right to our images?

You’ll receive high-resolution images with a personal use license, which means you’re free to download, print, and share your photos as much as you’d like! I retain the copyright, which simply means I can use the images for my portfolio, website, or social media unless you request otherwise. If you ever need photos for publication or commercial use, I’m happy to guide you through that process as well.
As a courtesy, I kindly ask that you don’t send your full gallery to your vendors. Since they do not have a personal use license, I’ll happily provide them with the approved images (with credit and a usage license included!) so everything is shared professionally and respectfully.

What is your photography shooting style?

My work is best described as a thoughtful blend of classic documentary and sophisticated editorial. I love capturing the natural, unscripted moments as they unfold while also creating intentional, beautifully composed portraits that feel elevated yet effortless.
That said, I truly believe your wedding photography should reflect you—not just my style. Contrary to the common idea that photographers can only shoot one specific way, I have extensive experience working across a range of styles, from fully candid and documentary to timeless and traditional or entirely editorial. If you have a strong visual preference, I’m more than happy to adapt my approach to ensure your gallery feels completely true to your vision.
